Other beneficial quality includes preserving moisture, adding sweetness and providing texture to products which means it combines well with many food ingredients.

Sugar replacement

Sorbitol syrup has sweetening properties which gives it a nice, pleasant taste and is ideal as sugar replacement. This advantage means it has the potential to help improve oral health and better control blood sugar levels. This makes it a preferred ingredient in sugar-free products and sweeteners.
