Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return policy for items that are unused and unopened. Upon receipt and inspection of the goods, we will issue a full refund for the product. Please note that the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, please email enquiries@direct-chems.co.uk with your order number and as much detail as possible (including photos if applicable). We will try our best to rectify the issue.
