Can I buy in bulk?

How much is delivery?

All orders under 100kg incur a delivery fee of only £0.98. Shipping for orders exceeding 100kg will be calculated at checkout. For further details, please visit our Delivery page via the quick links.

 

How do I make changes to my order once it has been placed?

Please contact enquiries@direct-chems.co.uk as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist you, we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered the fulfilment process.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy for unused and unopened items. While we will issue a full refund for the product, please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping.

 

I have received a faulty or incorrect product. What should I do?
