Product Details
Multi-functional chlorine tablets also contain algicide to ensure algae does not stop you from having clear water. The pH properties of the tablets will make it easier to balance water in hard water areas making it ideal for use in outdoor pools. Used for the chlorination of swimming pools and spas, they kill bacteria enabling a safe bathing environment. They contain Cyanuric Acid and are automatically stabilised to prevent the destruction of chlorine by sunlight. Also contains flocculants, which bind particles together so that a filter can trap them, producing clean and sparkly water. It has a pH close to neutral (7) so that it will have little effect on the pH of the pool water. 200g tablets are suitable for larger swimming pools. If you have a hot tub or a smaller above-ground pool, 20g would be more suitable.
Applications
Application Instructions:
· Floating Dispenser: Fill the Trichlor floating dispenser with tablets and adjust the aperture mechanism at the bottom of the dispenser to obtain the 1-3mg/l (ppm) desired range.
· Alternatively keep the dispenser aperture constant and vary the tablets inside to achieve 1-3mg/l (ppm). The dispenser should be removed from the pool whilst swimmers are bathing.
· Chlorine Feeders: Fill the dispenser and follow feeder instruction manuals on flow regulation to maintain 1-3 mg/l (ppm) chlorine levels.
Handle products in a well-ventilated area - preferably outdoors. Wash hands after use. Ensure chemicals do not become damp in storage. Store in a cool dry place. Keep out of reach from children.
